This is Akashi-Tai's 'grand cru' sake. It has bright and fruity aromas of tangy orange then an intense yet delicate palate with saline notes over mixed citrus and herbaceous flavours. Food pairing: Pair this Japanese Sake with tuna steaks seasoned with chilli and lime, crispy squid, or creamy pork chops topped with a rich mushroom and truffle sauce.
Ouzo 12, 40% vol
Distilled and then flavoured with anise, star anise, angel root, coriander, tillium and cardamom, this is produced by the largest producer of wines in Greece, Tsantalis.
