Amrut Cask Strength Indian Single Malt
Amrut Single Malt Whisky is made from select Indian malted barley grown in Punjab and Rajasthan, the north-west frontier states of India. In Punjab, the waters from the great Himalayas flow through the river Sutlej and irrigate the land under the Bhakra Nangal dam scheme. The cold winters and fiery summers create a unique quality of barley, rich in flavour. Omar Sherry Cask Single Malt
Omar Sherry Cask Single Malt is a richly expressive Taiwanese whisky shaped by warm subtropical maturation and the depth of seasoned sherry wood. Distilled at Nantou Distillery and aged in carefully selected ex‑sherry casks, it develops a generous character that balances sweetness, spice and fruit with an inviting, full‑bodied warmth. The result is a whisky that reflects both the craftsmanship of the distillery and the influence of its climate, offering a style that is bold, rounded and immediately engaging. The aroma opens with dried fruits, dark cherries and raisins, lifted by notes of toffee, polished oak and a gentle nuttiness from the sherry casks. On the palate it is smooth and indulgent, carrying flavours of rich fruitcake, caramel, warm spice and a hint of cocoa. A touch of citrus brightens the mid‑palate before deeper notes of oak and sweet malt return. The finish is long, warming and slightly spiced, leaving lingering impressions of dried fruit and soft sherry sweetness.
