Amrut Indian Single Malt
Nose : Distinctly confidant liquorice-bourborn notes with near perfect bitter-sweet balance; burnt honeycomb and toffee also abount. Taste : Outstanding richness and sheen to the enormous barley-oak sweetness; again, but there is a big bourbony cut to the cloth with all the liquorice and molassed sugar normally but the barley adds that extra dimension. Finish : Long, wonderfully layered oak offering variations of a sweet-dry theme; a touch silky wih some cream toffee at the death; This whisky is produced from barley grown in the north-west frontier of India. After malting this whisky is distilled, matured in New American Oak and Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled in our distillery in Bangalore, South of India. This is unchilfiltered. Milk and Honey Classic Israeli Single Malt Whisky
The Classic single malt is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and their special red wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character. Gentle vanilla sweetness, followed by light oak and floral notes. The palate is light, vanilla caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by woody notes and a light black pepper spiciness. The finish is short but delicate, the wood notes linger on the palate for a while longer with a nice light spiciness. Produced in Tel-Aviv, Israel!
