An Cnoc 18 Year Old
AnCnoc 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt of exceptional depth and character, matured in a combination of Spanish oak ex-sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled in its most natural form, it is neither chill-filtered nor coloured, meaning a light haze may appear when water is added or the whisky is chilled—a hallmark of its traditional craftsmanship. This expression pours a bronzed amber colour and offers a rich, inviting nose of gentle spices, dried fruits, chocolate, ripe oranges and oiled leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied and bold, with aromatic spices, fruit loaf and candied lemon giving way to layers of vanilla, honey and caramel. The finish evolves from a subtle peppery warmth to a smooth, lingering sweetness. Ideal for connoisseurs seeking a refined and complex Highland single malt, AnCnoc 18 Year Old reflects the distillery’s dedication to meticulous cask selection and the creation of whisky with depth, elegance, and flavour that rewards careful tasting.
