This, the second edition of the Angels Nectar Cairngorms, the angels have selected a single cask distilled in the Cairngorms national park. Natural colour, with fudge and dried tropical fruit on the nose, no peat, this is a traditional Speyside dram, bottled in partnership with The Cairngorms Trust to support the environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms national park.
The English Whisky Co. Small Batch Oloroso Sherry Cask
This English single malt whisky is the result of a small batch of three oloroso sister casks married together. This unpeated whisky has been rested and bottled for the finest quality. Aromas of rich toffee, sweet apples and creamy chocolate. The palate starts with juicy fruits and develops into buttery pastry with hints of sultanas and soft caramel that lead to a long finish with dry oak and spicy nuances.
