Annandale Man O' Sword Founders Selection Bourbon Cask #68 58.9%

Cask 68 from Annandale Distillery sees an ex bourbon maturation producing a pale gold single malt whisky. An initial burst of fresh green Granny Smith apples open up to hints of fresh tropical fruits, caramel, vanilla and gentle peat smoke. The palate has lingering hints of smoky caramel, tropical fruits like melons and mangoes, fresh Granny Smith apple notes once again and oak shavings. The Man O' Sword range is dedicated to King Robert The Bruce - 7th Earl of Annandale, King of Scots and now the namesake of the peated expressions from Annandale Distillery.

Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2013 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2013 is a unique Islay single malt that champions heritage. Distilled using 100% bere barley, an ancient grain cultivated by Orkney College's Agronomy Institute, this whisky boasts a distinct flavour profile. Matured for ten years in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and Pauillac wine casks, it offers an aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, and malty sweetness. The taste is rich with cereal notes, complemented by hints of green fruit and spiced gingerbread. This single malt is bottled at 50% ABV with no added colouring or chill filtration, ensuring a truly authentic experience.
