Vineyard & Production Sourced from the Chilhué Vineyard on the Aconcagua Costa Estate, where cold Pacific Ocean breezes create ideal conditions for elegant Pinot Noir. The 2022 vintage began with little rain and warm temperatures, but cooler mid-season conditions allowed the grapes to develop perfectly mature tannins. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10-18 days at 25-28°C, then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (15% new), adding subtle complexity without overwhelming the delicate fruit. Tasting Notes Bright and clean cherry colour with captivating purity. The nose reveals aromas of sour cherry, rosehip, and subtle earthy notes. Larry Cherubino Laissez Faire 'Foudre' Pinot Noir is an elegant expression from Pemberton, Western Australia, crafted from the Channybearup vineyards with northern aspect and sandy loam soils. With aromas of beetroot and earth, black cherry, red flowers, and oak-delivered spices, this wine showcases fine soft tannins and fine acidity, finishing with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot. Hand-picked fruit, moderate extraction to express vineyard character, and six months in one-year-old oak create exceptional quality at outstanding value.
