Aresti is a family-owned winery founded in 1951, when Vicente Aresti and his father-in-law Alfredo Lopez established the winery in Chile's Curico Valley. Today, Vincente's daughters Begona and Ana María Aresti Lopez carry on what he started, and run what is now one of Chile's most successful and well-regarded wineries.

Torres Magnetic Garnacha Blanca Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Torres Magnetic is an elegant certified vegan white wine from Catalunya, Spain , crafted from a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc . Fresh, fruit-driven, and delicately balanced, it captures the vibrant character of the region's terroir while offering a smooth, refreshing finish. A wine that is as approachable as it is expressive. Why You'll Love It Familia Torres is one of Spain's most respected and innovative wine families, with a legacy dating back to 1870. The Magnetic range reflects their commitment to quality, sustainability, and modern winemaking, producing wines that are certified vegan and crafted with minimal intervention to let the fruit and terroir speak for themselves. The combination of Garnacha Blanca's roundness and Sauvignon Blanc's aromatic lift makes this a particularly versatile and food-friendly white. Vineyard & Production Grapes are hand-picked under optimal ripening conditions from Catalunya, with the 2024 harvest relatively early due to prior droughts. A wetter spring and mild summer provided healthy fruit with excellent natural acidity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16 degrees to preserve freshness and varietal character, with alcoholic fermentation lasting around two weeks before careful clarification and bottling. Tasting Notes Brilliant pale gold in the glass. Aromas of white fruit, apple and pear, are interwoven with delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and smooth, with a fine streak of fruit acidity and a dry, elegant finish. Best served at 10 degrees. Perfect Pairings A perfect aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, and rice dishes, as well as light salads with fruit elements. Grape Varieties Garnacha Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc
