Arran Barrel Reserve
The Arran Barrel Reserve is a fresh, light and elegant no age stated single malt scotch whisky. It is 100% matured in bourbon barrels and is going to become your new go to dram for every occasion. Serve neat or in a longer drink if you wish. Delicate aromas of apples and pears. The palate showcases beautiful well balanced citrus fruits, light vanilla sweetness with a burst of apple and delicate marine notes. The finish is with a little sweetness, spice, oak and vanilla.
Lochlea Ploughing Edition First Crop Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The fourth and final in the annual series of limited seasonal bottlings, Lochlea ‘Ploughing Edition’ (First Crop) reflects the season of winter on the farm, when they start to plough the fields in preparation for sowing the barley seed in spring. They’ve created a warming, smoky version of their signature Lochlea whisky by using a combination of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks and have chosen an icy blue label to reflect the bitterly cold and frosty Ayrshire winters.
