This flagship rosé sparkling wine from Trevibban Mill is a stylish and elegant expression of Pinot Noir, crafted with delicate fine bubbles and a refined mousse. Produced using the traditional method, it undergoes a minimum of four years of lees ageing and is finished with a dosage of 4 g/L using the same wine, resulting in a perfectly balanced, expressive sparkling wine. Production The wine is 100% Pinot Noir and is vinified using the traditional method, including a second fermentation in the bottle.
