Atlantic Distillery Gorsedh Cornish Organic Gin
Jynevra and Gorsedh, which is Cornish for gin and Gorsedh is the name of the Cornish organisation responsible for the spiritual well being of the county , are a pair of 46% ABV hand crafted gins made from organic botanicals of which a great many are grown at the distillery or foraged from the wilds of Cornwall from coast to moor. The gins are blended with the distillery's own hand drawn water and distilled slowly in a bain marie still called Guinevere, so named after the famous character from Arthurian legend. Gorsedh has been distilled using gorse flowers from an organic farm high on Bodmin Moor. This delivers a golden floral note on the nose with a hint of coconut and lime on the palate with a gentle, yet sustained, finish. Serve with lime peel strips, ice and Fever Tree Tonic.

Blackwood's Navy Strength Vintage Dry Gin is a bold, high-ABV expression crafted for professional mixologists and adventurous gin lovers alike. Bottled at 60% ABV, a nod to the 60 degrees north latitude of the Shetland Isles where it is produced, this gin is as powerful as the landscape that inspires it. Each small batch is shaped by the wild, hand-picked botanicals that grow on the island, meaning every release carries its own subtle character. With only 400 plant species able to thrive in the windswept coastal conditions of Shetland, the botanicals are rare, seasonal, and deeply expressive of their environment. On the nose, expect a strong citrus character with delicate floral notes. The palate opens up with pronounced floral complexity before giving way to an exceptionally smooth, lingering finish.
