Atlantic Distillery Green Hop Cornish Gin
Jynevra's autumn seasonal limited edition gin. Made in early September when their hops are picked fresh from the vine. Beautiful floral and citrus flavours from the hop oils permeate the gin, somehow delicate and punchy at the same time. Our Perfect Pour: Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water or Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime which enhances the citrus notes.
Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin
Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin began as a deeply personal act of love. Head Distiller Ciaran "Rowdy" Rooney first made it to honour his mother Rose, who had recently passed away, at his little brother's wedding. This was his way to have her there in spirit. Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapour distilled alongside wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery. After distilling, the gin is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its beautiful natural pink hue. Every single batch carries roses from that garden. It is a gin made with grief, love, and craft in equal measure. Why You'll Love It This is one of the most distinctive and emotionally resonant gins in Ireland. The flavour profile is intensely floral yet beautifully balanced, with bright citrus on the nose, rose petal and Turkish Delight on the palate, and a long finish of pink peppercorn and earthy spice.
