Production Sourced from vines planted on sandy loams over granite bedrock, typical of the Cape soils, these vineyards are dry-farmed with minimal crop control due to the naturally low yields of mature vines. Part of the wine undergoes wild yeast fermentation, with a small proportion fermented in old barrels. Extended lees contact adds texture and weight to the palate, enhancing the mouthfeel and complexity of this Chenin Blanc.
