Auchroisk 10 Year Old is a clean, bright Speyside single malt originally bottled for the Flora & Fauna range, known for its fresh, lightly fruity character. Much of Auchroisk’s spirit goes into blends, so this expression offers one of the few chances to taste the distillery’s own style. It’s matured mainly in ex‑bourbon casks, giving it a crisp, grassy profile with gentle sweetness and subtle oak. Its aroma shows fresh apple, lemon zest, light malt, vanilla and a touch of grassiness. On the palate, it offers a clean, lively texture with notes of citrus, green apple, cereal sweetness and soft spice. GlenAllachie 9 Year Old Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish
This 9 year old single malt from GlenAllachie has been lovingly aged in hogsheads that have previously held Amontillado sherry. Amontillado sherry begins life as a Fino sherry and undergoes an additional maturation period without a 'flor' layer. This stage of oxidative ageing develops a richer colour and more robust characteristics. The outcome is a single malt that brims with dark cherries, toasted hazelnuts and caramel sauce.
