This Mollydooker is named after Sarah and Sparky's daughter Holly, this Cabernet showcases the best of McLaren Vale Cabernet. Vibrant yet elegant, it opens with juicy red berries and subtle exotic spice. The palate delivers a spectrum of fruit flavours with mocha notes and a toasty, savoury finish. Delicate tannins allow the fruit to shine, making it beautifully balanced and approachable.
