Aval Dor Cornish Dry Gin
Aval Dor Gin hails from Colwith Farm Distillery, one of Cornwall's first distilleries. These guys are a true plough to bottle producer and certainly the first in Cornwall. Aval Dor Gin was originally named Stafford's Gin - named after the first generation on the family farm. This classic London Dry style gin has been crafted to make the perfect G&T A selection of the finest botanicals are distilled into their award winning Aval Dor Vodka in their handmade copper pot stills. Juniper, coriander, vapour infused citrus peel and fresh fruit up front, give way to exotic spices, finishing dry and bitter. Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnish with a lime twist. In 1904 Stafford Matthew Dustow bought Colwith Farm, nestled in the hear t of Cornwall. Five generations later the Stafford's great, great grandsons created Cornwall's first plough to bottle gin. Made from scratch on the family farm, this premium gin offers the best in authenticity, provenance and environmental sustainability.
Mirabeau Rose Gin
This gin is made by the fantastic rose wine producer Mirabeau. They have crafted this exceptional small batch gin with some of the most precious botanicals fund on the French Riviera. With a nod to their heritage, it is distilled from grapes and infused with their elegant rose. Dry, with floral, herbal and citrus notes, showcasing famous local produce such as the lemons of Menton, thyme, rose with a touch of Provencal lavender. This gin is round enough to be drunk neat, it works brilliantly with a classic tonic or as a luxurious cocktail.
