Aval Dor Gin hails from Colwith Farm Distillery, one of Cornwall's first distilleries. These guys are a true plough to bottle producer and certainly the first in Cornwall. Aval Dor Gin was originally named Stafford's Gin - named after the first generation on the family farm. This classic London Dry style gin has been crafted to make the perfect G&T A selection of the finest botanicals are distilled into their award winning Aval Dor Vodka in their handmade copper pot stills. Juniper, coriander, vapour infused citrus peel and fresh fruit up front, give way to exotic spices, finishing dry and bitter. Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnish with a lime twist. In 1904 Stafford Matthew Dustow bought Colwith Farm, nestled in the hear t of Cornwall. Five generations later the Stafford's great, great grandsons created Cornwall's first plough to bottle gin.
