Bacardi Carta Negra
Bacardi Carta Negra is a dark intense rum with oak flavours, orange peel and sweet molasses. Great with Cola or ginger beer, lime and a few drops of bitters to make Tormenta Negra.
Don Q Cristal Rum
Don Q Cristal is a smooth, mixable and clean finishing rum. Unlike most clear rums, Don Q uses a multiple distillation system to produce a cleaner, more refined and more delicate flavour profile. This has been aged between 18 months and 5 years in American white oak barrels to impart a touch more smoothness. So smooth in fact that you can substitute Cristal in a cocktail that uses Vodka - you would be hard pushed to tell the difference.
