Approachable, food-friendly and outstanding value from one of Sicily's most authentic estates. Why You'll Love It Baglio Gibellina is nestled amidst the rolling hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa, a winery deeply rooted in the history and traditions of Sicily. The wine then matures in steel tanks to preserve its fresh, fruity profile. Tasting Notes Bright and intense aromas of red berries, cherries and ripe strawberries. The palate is warm and full-bodied with harmonious acidity, smooth tannins and a delightful hint of natural sweetness that lingers on the finish. Perfect Pairings A wonderfully versatile Sicilian red. Excellent with pasta, pizza, tomato-based sauces and grilled vegetables. Also pairs beautifully with mild cheeses such as mozzarella or young pecorino, and is a n
