Balblair 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Balblair 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt of exceptional maturity and elegance. Crafted slowly and matured in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors, this whisky begins its journey in American oak ex-bourbon casks before finishing in first-fill Spanish oak butts, allowing rich, layered flavours to develop while retaining the distillery’s signature freshness and vitality. Poured into the glass, it shows a bright amber colour. The nose is aromatic and inviting, with leatherwood honey, spicy gingerbread, juicy prunes and fresh lemon peel. The palate is velvety and round, revealing dark chocolate, tropical fruits and warming spices. The finish is long and mellow, with notes of creamy vanilla and gentle citrus that linger beautifully. Non-chill filtered and of natural colour, Balblair 15 Year Old exemplifies the distillery’s house style: a careful balance of fruity esters, floral notes, and full-bodied, nutty oils. With its tropical, chocolatey texture and refined, enduring finish, this expression is perfect for those seeking a sophisticated Highland single malt that rewards quiet admiration and thoughtful tasting.

GlenDronach 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The Glendronach 15 Year Old is matured for fifteen years in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, slowly developing its character in the darkness of the distillery's dunnage warehouses. Antique copper with a golden hue. The aromas are an intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble, and dark chocolate mint, with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. While the palate is honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig, with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica, and muscovado sugar.
