Baron d'Arignac Cabernet Sauvignon Carte D'Or 2025

Baron d'Arignac Cabernet Sauvignon Carte d'Or is a vibrant, fruit-forward red wine from the Languedoc in southern France , crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon . Showcasing the typical elegance and structure of the variety, with ripe red and black berry aromas, soft tannins, and a refreshing finish, it is an outstanding choice for everyday drinking. Why You'll Love It Baron d'Arignac is a well-established French brand known for producing approachable, high-quality wines that reflect the character of their Languedoc terroir, combining modern winemaking techniques with traditional varietal expression. The Languedoc is one of France's most dynamic wine regions, producing Cabernet Sauvignon of real depth and character at prices that the classic appellations simply cannot match. Carte d'Or is one of the most reliable and enjoyable everyday reds available from southern France. Vineyard & Production Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak to preserve freshness while integrating subtle oak complexity and a smooth, rounded texture. Tasting Notes Deep ruby in the glass. The nose offers aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and hints of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish with notes of dark berries and soft vanilla. Perfect Pairings Pairs well with grilled red meats, roasted vegetables, hearty pasta dishes, and mild cheeses. Also excellent alongside slow-cooked stews and charcuterie boards. Grape Varieties Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
