This diverse terroir provides both structure and minerality to the fruit. A combination of manual and mechanical harvesting ensures optimal grape quality. After gentle pressing with brief skin contact to achieve the delicate pink colour, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks. The wine is cold-stabilised and carefully bottled to preserve its fresh, vibrant character. Tasting Notes Pale rose pink with a refined bouquet of acacia blossom and delicate red berries.
