Vineyard & Production Grapes are grown in medium-textured soils over tufaceous limestone, benefiting from mild, slightly rainy winters and hot, dry summers with good natural ventilation. These conditions develop the intensity, structure, and aromatic purity that define the Primitivo grape. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with 8 to 10 days of maceration at controlled temperatures below 28 degrees to achieve optimal colour and structure. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to preserve freshness, with at least 6 months of maturation before bottling. Tasting Notes Full-bodied, rich, and rounded in the glass.
