Bella Modella Primitivo 2025

Bella Modella Primitivo is a fruit-driven, elegant red wine from Puglia in southern Italy , crafted from Primitivo to exemplify the charm and intensity of modern Puglian winemaking. Stylish, fine, and thoroughly contemporary in its approach, it delivers the warmth and depth of the south at an outstanding price. Why You'll Love It Bella Modella is a producer with a clear philosophy: to make stylish, fine wines that are genuinely affordable without sacrificing character or quality. Primitivo is Puglia's most celebrated native grape, a variety of remarkable richness and intensity that thrives in the region's hot, dry summers and produces wines of real depth and personality. This is Puglia at its most approachable and expressive, a wine that over-delivers at every price point. Vineyard & Production Grapes are grown in medium-textured soils over tufaceous limestone, benefiting from mild, slightly rainy winters and hot, dry summers with good natural ventilation. These conditions develop the intensity, structure, and aromatic purity that define the Primitivo grape. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with 8 to 10 days of maceration at controlled temperatures below 28 degrees to achieve optimal colour and structure. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to preserve freshness, with at least 6 months of maturation before bottling. Tasting Notes Full-bodied, rich, and rounded in the glass. Intense dark fruit flavours and an elegant structure showcase the varietal's natural warmth and depth, with a long, satisfying finish that is quintessentially Puglian. Perfect Pairings Pairs beautifully with red meats, roasts, game, and strong-flavoured cheeses. Also excellent alongside slow-cooked pasta dishes and hearty Italian cuisine. Grape Varieties Primitivo 85%, other varieties 15%

El Viejo del Valle Pinot Noir 2024

El Viejo del Valle Pinot Noir is a bright, textural Chilean Pinot Noir bursting with red currant, raspberry, and wild strawberry notes, leading to a juicy, vibrant palate. Meet the Producer Our winemaking team in Chile has spent over two decades building relationships with growers across the country. They focus on sourcing fruit from small, high-quality vineyards in the Central Valley, ensuring each wine expresses its terroir and character. Production Grapes come from 40–60-year-old Pinot Noir vines planted on stony soils in the Andes, with access to glacial streams and fresh mountain air. Harvesting is done during the coolest part of the day, and the winemaking is conducted at low temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and bright structure. Tasting Notes A textural and expressive Pinot Noir, with a juicy palate of summer fruits including red currant, raspberry, and wild strawberries. Long, bright, and full of life, reflecting the stony, glacial vineyard soils of the Central Valley. Food Match Pairs beautifully with marinated ribs, pink lamb, roasted vegetables, or mushroom and chicken risotto. Grape Varieties Pinot Noir 100%
