Belleplane Viognier 2024

Belleplane is a bottle of art, both inside and out. This artist-designed label highlights the landscapes of the Languedoc wine region, with its south-facing slopes influenced by the Mediterranean climate. This sleek and well-balanced white wine displays aroma of fresh-cut stone fruits, followed by light vanilla notes from the oak. Enjoy with baked scallops, roast chicken and parmesan French toast.

Mayfly Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Mayfly Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant, single-vineyard white wine from Marlborough , New Zealand , sourced exclusively from the Kerseley Estate in Dillon's Point, just half a mile from the sea. Named after the mayflies that drift above New Zealand's crystalline streams in the first warmth of summer, this is a pure, refreshing, and expressive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that is sure to leave wine lovers hooked. Why You'll Love It Dillon's Point sits at the northern tip of the Marlborough wine region, where the proximity to the sea brings a distinctive coastal influence to the wines. The Kerseley Estate is a single vineyard site with vines planted between 1991 and 2008, managed with meticulous care to optimise canopy balance and fruit quality. Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel at low temperatures with no oak ageing, this is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in its purest, most expressive form, a wine that faithfully reflects the character of one exceptional site. Vineyard & Production All fruit is sourced from the single Kerseley Estate vineyard in Dillon's Point, with vines planted between 1991 and 2008 and managed on a VSP trellis system to optimise canopy balance and fruit quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures using natural yeasts to faithfully express the single vineyard site. No oak ageing is employed, ensuring a crisp, fruit-forward style of real purity and freshness. Tasting Notes Youthful and expressive on the nose, with lifted notes of asparagus, ripe peach, and exotic fruits. The palate is fresh and deliciously crisp, with excellent natural acidity, a rounded body, and a long finish that lingers on peach and citrus tones. Perfect Pairings Perfect alongside grilled fish, Asian-inspired seafood, and fragrant Thai dishes. Also excellent with sushi, goats cheese, and light summer salads.
