The name Albariza refers to the pale, chalky soils of Andalucía where PX grapes are grown, and that influence comes through clearly in the whisky’s dark, sweet character. Carn Mor Auchentoshan 1998 22 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
From the Celebration of the Cask series, this was distilled in 1998 at the Auchentoshan Distillery, rested in a bourbon barrel (cask #100696) and then bottled in 2021, aged 22 years old and producing 155 bottles. The Morrison Family select whiskies from distilleries across Scotland. Bottled at high strength and non-chill filtered, they retain all the flavour. Releasing whisky as it should be.
