The Triple Distilled Benromach Single Malt is a limited release that comes from first fill bourbon barrels. Passing once through the wash still and twice through the spirit still it delivers a lighter style which offers very delicate and sweet notes with ripe tropical fruits, malt biscuits and vanilla that lead to banana, green apple and subtle smoke vibes.
Secret Speyside 15 Year Old North Star Series 26 50.3%
The Secret Speyside 15 Year Old single malt whisky from North Star's 26th Series was distilled in July 2009 before being aged in sherry hogsheads. Funky aromas, Play-doh and farmyard reminiscent notes. The palate is syrupy like date syrup and sour cherry soup. The finish is like nothing known from Speyside before.
