Named after Paul, a good friend of the former owner of the Domaine in the 90s, who was passionate about wine. The sunny climate in the Languedoc-Roussillon region results in a rich, fresh, perfectly balanced Viognier. Ideal with sushi, Thai curry, white meat or soft cheese.
