Berry Bros & Rudd Classic Jamaica Rum
With a history steeped in rum production, Jamaica produces rum like no other. Unique, distinctive and full flavoured. This fine example shows a sweet and spicy bouquet; rich, syrup-like intensity. It is dry and brooding with complexity that emerges on the palate with a rich and powerful finish.
Takamaka Extra Noir Rum
This Extra Noir is a blend of pot and column distilled molasses rum, soaked with French oak then pressed with both French and ex bourbon wood. After settling in ex French cane rum casks for 60 days the result is a full bodied, punchy rum that retains some high ester funk and spicy elements of the French oak. Notes of vanilla and sweet undertones from the ex bourbon come in at the end to round off this lovely rum.
