Discovery Beach Zinfandel Rosé is a vibrant and approachable rosé from California’s Central Valley Delta. Crafted from 86% White Zinfandel and 14% select varietals, it offers a fresh, fruity character with balanced sweetness and bright acidity. The cool ocean breezes and warm, sun-kissed vineyards of the region combine to produce grapes with intense aromas and ripe, expressive flavours. Meet the producer This wine is crafted in collaboration with a family-owned vineyard in California. The team works closely with growers to produce bespoke blends that reflect the unique terroir of the Central Valley Delta, combining freshness, fruit intensity, and approachable style. Production Grapes are hand-selected for ripeness and aromatic quality. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit character and unoaked to maintain its fresh, vibrant profile. Tasting notes Pale pink in colour, the nose shows youthful aromas of fresh cherries and watermelon. On the palate, it is juicy and succulent, with flavours of ripe strawberries and sweet candy, leading to an easy-drinking, moreish finish. Food match Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or pair with Indian, Thai, and other Asian cuisines.
