Bottled at 60% ABV, a nod to the 60 degrees north latitude of the Shetland Isles where it is produced, this gin is as powerful as the landscape that inspires it. Each small batch is shaped by the wild, hand-picked botanicals that grow on the island, meaning every release carries its own subtle character. With only 400 plant species able to thrive in the windswept coastal conditions of Shetland, the botanicals are rare, seasonal, and deeply expressive of their environment. On the nose, expect a strong citrus character with delicate floral notes. The palate opens up with pronounced floral complexity before giving way to an exceptionally smooth, lingering finish.
Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin
As a limited-edition addition to the Hendrick's range, Flora Adora is unsurprisingly a particularly floral affair. The original Hendrick's DNA, featuring rose and cucumber, remains intact, but now enhanced with floral botanicals favoured by pollinating insects. New additions to the Hendrick's collection have always been inspired by master distiller Lesley Gracie, who was inspired this time by observing pollination in her garden on the Ayrshire coast of Scotland.
