Blue Angel Rock Gin
Rock Gin from Cornwall have produced this deep rich blue coloured gin that remains a rich blue once tonic has been added. Blue Angel Rock Gin was developed in honour of their dog, Blue as it was when walking him every day at Rock Beach that they came up with the name. This Blue Angel is hand distilled and made in small batches using pure Cornish water from their own deep source of water, which is then combined with botanicals including juniper berries, oris root, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, pink pepper, grains of paradise and a blue gardenia flower that gives this natural colour. Raasay Hebridean Gin
Raasay Hebridean Gin is a handcrafted Scottish gin that captures the rugged beauty and botanical richness of the Isle of Raasay. Distilled, bottled, and shipped directly from the island, this gin is the first legal spirit produced on Raasay, a place with a long history of illicit distilling. It is crafted using ten carefully selected botanicals, including locally foraged Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and rhubarb root, all layered over the distillery’s own triple-distilled spirit. This combination results in a gin that is both distinctive and deeply rooted in its Hebridean origin.
