Made using the traditional appassimento method, where a portion of the harvest is partially dried to concentrate sugars and intensify flavour, this is a wine of real aromatic depth and elegance. Named after the olive trees that have shared the Zuccardi vineyards since the 19th century, this wine showcases the purity and elegance of high-altitude Chardonnay with exceptional freshness and character.
