The nose is dominated by nutty, creamy, and gently floral aromas with notes of honey, vanilla and liqueur in the background. The small, delicate bubbles make it look like Champagne. Great value and excellent quality.
Domaine Paul Blanck Auxerrois Vieilles Vignes 2023
An arresting Auxerrois from a vineyard of old vines that produce low yields of very concentrated, flavourful grapes. Rich in flavour but appetisingly savoury and dry, this has great depth, minerality and freshness.
