Bolle's alcohol-free Chardonnay represents the growing sophistication in the zero-proof wine category. Using dealcoholisation techniques that preserve the grape's natural character, this still white offers wine drinkers a proper alternative when alcohol isn't wanted or warranted. We find it refreshing that someone's finally taking non-alcoholic wine seriously rather than treating it as an afterthought. The Chardonnay base provides familiar varietal character whilst the careful removal of alcohol maintains enough structure to feel like wine rather than grape juice. Best enjoyed young and chilled, it's perfect for those moments when you want the ritual and flavour of wine without the effects.
