Bolney Estate Eighteen Acre Rose NV

Bolney Wine Estates is considered as one of the pioneers of the English wine industry, with 50 years of experience under its belt. Located in the heart of rural Sussex, the first vines were planted in 1972 by Rodney and Janet Pratt, the parents of Sam Linter who now heads up the family business. Half a century later, Sam, together with her expert team, work throughout the year to ensure the vines are perfectly tended to yield the highest quality grapes. Bolney now produces an array of award-winning red, white, rose and sparkling English wines. The winery won UK Wine Producer of the Year in the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2012. Since then, it was also presented with the title of Winery of the Year 2017 at the UK Wine Awards. The estate has continues to invest in specialist machinery and, in 2019, it opened a new state-of-the-art winery. With the ethos Guided by Nature since 1972, sustainability is at the heart of the winery's operations. This includes practicing responsible waste management, installing solar panels on the winery's roof and using bottles that are 100% recyclable.

La Mascaronne Provence Rose 2025

Chateau La Mascaronne Rose is a true expression of Provencal terroir, crafted from Grenache , Cinsault , Syrah , and Vermentino grown on the estate's distinctive soils. Pale, luminous, and elegantly structured, this is a Provence rose with the finesse and aromatic complexity to reward both immediate enjoyment and a few years in the cellar. Why You'll Love It Chateau La Mascaronne is dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the true character of Provence, with careful vineyard management and meticulous winemaking at every stage. The quality of this rose stems not only from the varietal blend but from the unique soils on which the vines grow, and from a rigorous selection process that takes place both in the vineyard and at the winery. The result is a rose of genuine depth and elegance, as versatile at the aperitif hour as it is at the dinner table, and with the structure to develop further complexity over time. Vineyard and Production Grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve their natural freshness, with a rigorous selection ensuring only the finest fruit is used. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are immediately direct-pressed to maintain purity of aroma. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures over two to three weeks, after which the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months to preserve its finesse and aromatic clarity. Organic. Tasting Notes Pale, luminous peach in the glass with silver highlights. The nose is delicate and expressive, with aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus, and a hint of lychee. The palate is generous, balanced, and elegantly structured, with a subtle salinity and a persistent finish of orchard fruit. Perfect Pairings Pairs beautifully with summer salads, light seafood dishes, and grilled vegetables. Equally at home as an aperitif on a warm afternoon. Grape Varieties Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Vermentino
