Bolney Estate Pinot Noir 2022
'Pinot Noir grapes were cold-soaked prior to fermentation. Post Fermentation, the wine then underwent malolactic fermentation. A small portion of the wine was transferred to oak and matured prior to blending and filtration.'
Les Brulieres de Beychevelle Haut-Medoc 2019
Chateau Beychevelle is a 4th Classed Growth Saint-Julien estate. Located in Cussac-Fort-Medoc, in the Haut-Medoc appellation, 5 km south of the château itself, the vines for Les Brulieres benefit from a cooler climate bringing a lot of freshness and fruity character to its wines. The 12 hectares of vineyard are composed exclusively of two grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged in a separate cellar, Brulières de Beychevelle benefits from the same care as Château Beychevelle. 65% Merlot - 35% Cabernet Sauvignon.
