Bombo Caramel and Spices Rum Liqueur
Blended in Newquay, Cornwall by the Real Rum Company, Bombo Caramel & Spices is a flavoured rum based drink combining the exotic flavours of spices, caramel and Caribbean rum. A seductively smooth drink which is very moreish. The recipe is inspired by one of the oldest mixed rum drinks in the world originating from an 18th century pirate recipe where rum was mixed with sugar and spices. It was also known as Bumboo or Bumbo. This was to help disguise the rather rough taste of the rums being produced back in those days, thankfully a problem we don't have to contend with in this century! Bombo Rum is available in a further more varieties; Bombo Caramel & Banana and Bombo Caramel & Coconut at 24% ABV plus Bombo Full On Caramel & Spices , Bombo Full On Caramel & Coconut and Bombo Full On Caramel & Banana at 40% ABV.
Flor de Cana Extra seco 4 Year
This is a premium white rum that has been aged for 4 years in oak and then filtered to take the colour out.The result is a complex rum with a greater depth of flavour, but still retaing some spirity notes. A really good mixer rum. Shop for more Flor de Cana Rum here
