Bombo Full On Caramel & Coconut Rum
Made in Newquay, Cornwall by the Real Rum Company, Bombo Caramel & Coconut Full On is a flavoured rum combining the exotic flavours of coconut, caramel and Caribbean rum. A seductively smooth drink which is very moreish. The Full On version is the same flavour profile as the regular Bombo Caramel and Coconut except it's bottled at a more potent 40% ABV. That will certainly get you swinging from the topsails! The palate is smooth and luscious, mouth coating with a hint of coconut on the finish. Drink on its own or over ice. The recipe is inspired by one of the oldest mixed rum drinks in the world originating from an 18th century pirate recipe where rum was mixed with sugar and spices. It was also known as Bumboo or Bumbo. This was to help disguise the rather rough taste of the rums being produced back in those days, thankfully a problem we don't have to contend with in this century! Bombo Rum is available in a further more varieties; Bombo Caramel & Banana , Bombo Caramel & Spices and Bombo Caramel & Coconut at 24% ABV plus Bombo Full On Caramel & Spices and Bombo Full On Caramel & Banana at 40% ABV.
Suncamino Floral Rum
Suncamino is a remarkable rum, ideal for sipping or crafting delectable cocktails, combining a flavourful core of aged rum from Barbados with hibiscus, orange blossom, and honeybush. The layers of silky sweet caramel and floral fruits, coupled with the distinct character of honeybush, render this a unique delight. Its scent is redolent of sweet butterscotch and charred sugar, with hints of rubbery oak, burnt butter, and floral vanilla. On the palate, the citrus blossom shines amid hearty notes of clove and rich floral honey, with fruity helpings of summer berries and fragrant grenadine unfolding. The aftertaste features lingering drying spices and floral oak, complemented by a fruity sweetness.
