These Pistachios are exclsively harvested from Sicily and then traditionally processed turning them into a paste which keeps their precious characteristics, mixed with alochol, water and sugar. Resulting in a lovely creamy and velvet liqueur. A great creamy grappa liqueur which was awarded a Silver at The Spirit Business Awards 2017.
