Bottega Vinai Pinot Grigio is an expressive, textured white from the mountainous Trentino region of northeast Italy , crafted by Cavit, one of the region's leading cooperatives. Crisp, floral, and beautifully balanced, this is Trentino Pinot Grigio at its most authentic and characterful. Bottega Vinai is their flagship Pinot Grigio, sourced from the Valle dei Laghi where a sub-Mediterranean climate and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for the variety. Careful vinification off the skins preserves the wine's delicate character, while four months of maturation in stainless steel maintains freshness and aromatic purity. This is Italian Pinot Grigio with real balance, texture, and a sense of place. Vineyard and Production Grapes are grown in the Valle dei Laghi in Trentino, benefiting from a sub-Mediterranean climate and well-drained, medium-fertile soils. Harvested at medium-low yields of 70 hectolitres per hectare, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel at 20 degrees Celsius using selected yeasts. Vinification is carried out off the skins to prevent colour extraction and preserve the wine's delicate character. The wine is then matured in stainless steel for four months to maintain freshness and aromatic purity. Tasting Notes A delicate nose of honeyed spice, floral notes, apple, and citrus. Ronan by Clinet Bordeaux Blanc 2024 is a fresh, modern white from the team behind Château Clinet, one of the historic estates of Pomerol. In the glass, the wine is pure, savoury and lively. Expect bright citrus, green apple and white peach, with a subtle herbal edge and a light mineral note from the limestone soils. The palate is crisp and energetic, with clean acidity and a gently savoury finish that keeps it refreshing and food-friendly. Château Clinet itself lies about 40 km east of Bordeaux on the right bank of the Garonne River, on one of the highest points of the Pomerol plateau, and has been producing wine for centuries. The Ronan Blanc vineyards are located in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, on soils formed from the same limestone base found in Saint-Émilion. Predominantly clay-limestone soils enhance fruit expression, while cooler clay-loam areas provide ideal conditions for white varieties.
