A vibrant and inviting Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend (88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cinsault) sourced from Stellenbosch’s Helderberg region with selected coastal parcels. Aromas of blackcurrant, red plums, and herbs mingle with subtle vanilla and toast from delicate oak. The palate is lively and structured, showing lifted red berries, morello cherry, and a sappy core, with fine tannins and a chalky, balanced finish. Vineyard & Terroir Helderberg region, Stellenbosch, with selected parcels from coastal vineyards, offering balanced fruit and ideal ripening conditions. Winemaking Hand-harvested early morning, carefully sorted, fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks with gentle punch-downs. Maturation in a combination of oak barrels and concrete eggs, with separate varietal aging before final blending.
