Vineyard and Production Grapes are sourced from carefully selected plots across the Cotes du Rhone, combining the ripeness and aroma of southern plots with the freshness found in northern villages of the Southern Rhone valley. The wine is made using the rose de presse method, with very gentle pressing to extract maximum aroma and flavour with the least amount of tannins.
