Fully sweet at 90 grams residual sugar, there is layer upon layer of ripe stone fruits and pink grapefruit all contributing to the bright citrus structure. A stunning Auslese already, this will require some patience but reward handsomely!

Very much in the Burgundy tradition, even the winery's name is French! The fruit for this wine is sourced from the cool climate of Carneros to the south of the region. Dry, intense with buttery, nutty aromas and tropical fruit.
