Cadus Tunuyan Pinot Noir 2021

Cadus Tunuyán Pinot Noir hails from the high central core of Argentina’s Uco Valley, where this variety shows its most ethereal and exotic character under the guidance of winemaker Santi Mayorga. Production This wine is crafted from a low-yield vineyard at 1,400 metres above sea level, with alluvial soils and native vegetation promoting balanced ripening. Cool nights preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation is carried out with a portion of stems in open-top tanks, and 50% of the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of varying sizes and ages to enhance texture and complexity. Tasting notes Cadus Tunuyán Pinot Noir displays vibrant cherry and cinnamon spice on the nose, with subtle herbal notes adding complexity. On the palate, it is well balanced, with bright acidity, soft tannins, and a persistent fresh finish, expressing the elegance and typicity of high-altitude Uco Valley Pinot Noir. Food match Pairs beautifully with lamb, duck, grilled salmon, and aged cheeses. Also complements lighter game, mushroom dishes, or herb-roasted vegetables. Grape Pinot Noir 100%

Ranch 32 Cabernet Sauvignon

Ranch 32 Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful and elegant expression of Cabernet from the protected southern areas of Monterey County. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and currant are complemented by hints of mocha and violet. On the palate, the wine is lush and layered, with balanced acidity and supple, integrated tannins, culminating in a long, smoky oak finish. Meet the Producer Ranch 32 is a Monterey-based winery dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the potential of the region’s diverse terroir. By combining careful vineyard management with precise winemaking, Ranch 32 produces expressive and approachable wines that highlight both varietal character and regional identity. Production Estate-grown grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the night and delivered to the winery early in the morning to preserve freshness. Select lots are carefully sorted, destemmed, and crushed, then fermented dry in open-top containers. The cap of skins and seeds is gently punched down several times daily to extract flavour, colour, and structure. Maturation The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels (25% French, 10% American, 35% new oak), allowing complex layers to integrate and develop while maintaining varietal purity. Tasting Notes Deep ruby in colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of blackberry, plum, and currant with subtle mocha and violet notes. The palate is rich, structured, and layered, with balanced acidity, smooth tannins, and a lingering smoky finish. Food Match Perfect with grilled steak, barbecued lamb, or hearty stews.
