Canaima Small Batch Gin
Canaima is a delicious gin that has been created to support the Amazon rainforest and its native population with its profits. Created from ten hard to find botanicals that are found in the Amazon, it has been sustainably sourced in the rainforest, one botanical from the distillery region of Venezuela, and eight of them are traditional gin botanicals, all the botanicals are individually macerated and re-distilled in a 500 litre copper pot still to create a truly small batch gin. Rude Mechanicals Henners English Summer Gin
Henners English Summer Gin is full of light summer flavours with hints of earl grey and strawberry notes with a rich mouthfeel. The plumpest, sweetest Kentish strawberries were selected to distil along with earl grey tea (smoky, sweet, bergamot), hedgerow nettle (herbaceous, verdant, mineral), and a handful of macadamia nuts (buttery, rich, cream). With the thwack of tennis balls on racquets ringing in their ears, they lovingly distilled the beautiful botanicals with grapes & wine from the Henners English Sparkling vineyard.
