Vignerons de Florensac Pique & Mixe is a vibrant, characterful white from one of the Mediterranean coast's oldest and most celebrated terroirs. A 50/50 blend of Picpoul and Terret — two indigenous southern French varieties — harvested at night from HVE3-certified vineyards on clay and limestone soils, this is a wine of remarkable freshness, citrus-driven energy, and genuine coastal character. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from HVE3-certified vineyards and harvested at night to preserve flavour, freshness, and aromatic intensity. After full destemming, the grapes undergo a brief 2-hour cold maceration before pneumatic pressing. The must is cooled to 4°C and stabilised on lees for 10 days with CO₂, before fermentation at cool temperatures to retain aromatic freshness and structure. Unoaked.
