Carn Mor Auchentoshan 1998 22 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
From the Celebration of the Cask series, this was distilled in 1998 at the Auchentoshan Distillery, rested in a bourbon barrel (cask #100696) and then bottled in 2021, aged 22 years old and producing 155 bottles. The Morrison Family select whiskies from distilleries across Scotland. Bottled at high strength and non-chill filtered, they retain all the flavour. Releasing whisky as it should be.
WhistlePig 12 Year Old Old World Rye Whiskey
Following a twelve-year maturation in New American Oak, the spirit is carefully divided into three distinct barrels: Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%), and Port (7%). The finishing touches are applied, and the components are expertly blended into a harmonious symphony of flavour. What began as a bold experiment has culminated in the creation of the first Rye whiskey of its kind, offering a truly exceptional Rye experience. Much like a fine wine, our Old World Rye’s rich fruit and spice notes pair perfectly with an indulgent meal.
