Wire Works Single Malt Whisky Virgin Oak Finish
Lightly peated single malt from Derbyshire, matured initially in first fill ex bourbon barrels and then finished for approx. 8 months in virgin oak barrels. Caramelised sugar, leather and apples on the nose, a good mouth presence with pepper and fruit flowers on the palate and a smoky-sweet clove like spice on the finish.
