Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz 2024

A fresh, fruity, semi-sweet Shiraz, sourced from vineyards around Paarl with a Rhône-like climate ideal for Shiraz cultivation. Bursting with aromas of ripe blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, with subtle dark chocolate undertones. Balanced sweetness and lively acidity make it very approachable and easy to enjoy slightly chilled. Vineyard & Terroir Grapes grown mainly in Paarl, benefiting from warm winter periods followed by cool growing conditions, producing elegant wines with softer tannins and early drinkability. Winemaking Grapes were harvested early in the morning, destemmed, and cold macerated for two days. Malolactic fermentation took place in tank, with 20% of the wine aged on French oak for six months. A naturally sweet component is retained to add complexity and roundness.
