CHABLIS Domaine Laurent Tribut 2023
This vibrant and dynamic village Chablis explodes with aromas of lime peel, passion fruit and greengage plums adorned with acacia blossoms and chalky minerality. The feel is racy and bright, but there is substance here as well. This wine will be crisp and approachable on release but will profit from mid-term ageing in the cellar. Fruit is from parcels at Courgis and Poinchy, with a bit from the Beauroy and Forêts premiers crus. Fermentation in tank is followed by six months in cask before bottling.
MARC HÉBRART Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1er Cru
Made with Chardonnay planted in the communes of Oiry and Chouilly (10%) and Marueil-sur-Aÿ for the rest, the NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru reveals a pure, delicate bouquet of white fruits, pear, herbs and spices. Medium to full-bodied, tense and pure, it's elegantly juicy and has bright acids and a long, ethereal finish. Based on the 2020 vintage, complemented with 2019 (10%) and 2018 (30%), it was disgorged with six grams per liter of dosage.
